What to expect
Our technician will clean or replace the indoor filter, deep-clean the indoor coil and barrel fan where needed, flush and clear the condensate drain, wash down the outdoor condenser, check refrigerant pressures and top up if required, and test the electrical connections and running temperatures. You get an honest summary before we leave. A single split usually takes under an hour. Multi-head systems take a little longer because there is more to go through.
We suggest servicing a split system every twelve months, and every six months if it runs hard year round or lives in a dusty or coastal spot near the lake or the beach, where salt air and dust build up faster.
